Who has ever gone in to an idea or situation of extreme importance with out a plan in place?  Everyones hand should be up!   Mine is!  And let me guess, it probably didn't work out so well....did it?

Most of the people who read this blog are people involved in a network marketing company or some sort of homebased business, but having plans ready should be in every aspect of our lives I believe.  From building a business to going to the grocery store.  How many times have you come back from the grocery store just to say.....Damn! I forgot the......  You didn't write it down.  There was no plan.  As corny as that example is, that is the simplicity of creating a plan....Write it down!

The process begins with a pen and paper.  That's it!  Write down exactly what you want to accomplish.  Or even draw it out.  I prefer the boxes with arrows method! :)  When I was done with my plan it looked like a mess on paper but I understood it, and it was out of my head and on a "drawingbored".  I look at it everyday.

Will your plans change?  100% YES!!  Almost daily, but whats the harm in that?!?!  Plans change do to all sorts of situations.  Thats where the term "back to the drawingboard" came from.  I've personally had ideas that weren't even humanly possible....yet anyway!  That doesn't mean my plans are ruined, it means I sit down and make another plan.  Just start with a plan!  What do you want to do?

I'm am not saying taking risks is wrong by any means.  You'll cross that bridge many times in your life.  And those "cool guys" who look like they alwyas wing it.....Its a load of BS!  They have a plan!  They want you to think they're constantly risking it, but they have a plan in place.  Find me one successful person who didn't start with a plan.

The point is going into something blind is dangerous.  Take 30 mins and write down every dream you want to accomplish, then draw out your PLAN to get it!  Change it! Tweek it! Scribble stuff out! Whatever!  Just have a plan in place!
